Commission-Tufting and Pattern-development
Apart from tufting-machinery we offer commission-tufting as a tufting-service. Here we offer a 5/64" cut-pile tuftingmachine and a 1/10" cut-pile tufting- machine, both in a 5200 mm working-width. It is also possible to use smaller widths within the total-width.

Permanent quality-control, e.g. guarantee of ultimate tensile strengths (tearing tests), or yarn-purity (testdyeing), and consequent combing of the Cut-pile raw-material are mandatory. Moreover machine-lateral mechanisms are securing a high reproductibility of recurring carpet constructions with continuous values (g/sqm, Stitches/10 cm and pile height).
In the context of an extended service, we can offer a small pattern-developing for cut-pile and loop-pile in a working-width of 50 cm. For both versions the most usual gauges and pattern-devices are available.
