Operatingbalance of tuftingmachines
Essential: Operatingbalance is dynamic-balancing. Which means, that a tuftingmachine is working under operational conditions and whose vibra- tion-rate is not satisfying.
The progressive development in the machine-speeds, and simultaneous requirements on quiet running, quality of the product and life span of the tuftingmachines, gives more importance to arising vibrations
.
Mechanical vibrations are not only unpleasant for humans, but also destructive to the tuftingmachine. This may be expressed in a shortened bearing-lifetime within the top-housing, as well as in the occurrence of fatigue fractures, or an unreasonable noise. Also fine-adjustments within the gauge part section, are not exeptional.
In most cases balancing will help to eliminate vibrations or let them decrease to an accep- table value.
Occuring vibrations due to opposite part-movements during a shaft-revolution (Hook-eccentric, knife-eccen- tric, needle-stroke-eccentric, push-rods, bearings, etc.) can only be considered by dynamic operating balancing.
Mass and fitting-angle of the counter-weights will be determined accurately by appropriate computer programs.
Please contact us, if balancing is needed.
Machine-maintenance and -inspection
If a corrective maintenance measure for your tufting-machine(s) results in course of an inspection, we accomplish the following maintenance activities
- Parts and material procurement, processing of defective parts
- Change of incorrect components
- Assemblies, disassemblies
- repairs
- Functional test, new start-up and acceptance
