Unsolicited advertising-mails are forbidden on principle, according to §1 UWG and §823 BGB and similar laws in other countries. In cases of violation fines of up to Euro 250.000 were imposed, according to several sentences. Therefore every detected case of improper use of mail-adresses published on our website for advertising purposes will be reported to the jurisdiction. Excepted are elements of our website which are intended for advertising and that are explicitly marked.
Contracts concering goods or services
If goods or services are offered from third parties, any resulting contracts will be reached only between the user and the supplier of those goods or services
